This Privacy Policy explains how Ailigent ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the TALON AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information so the App can function:

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process the messages, images, documents and voice input you submit and return AI-generated responses.
• To store your conversation history so you can return to it.
• To maintain, protect, and improve the App.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.

3. AI Processing

Content you submit to the assistant is processed to generate responses. This may involve trusted AI/model providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We share only what is necessary to fulfill your request.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only with:

• Service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, AI model providers, storage) who process data on our behalf.
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & update your profile in Settings → Edit Profile.
• Delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the App.
• Contact us to exercise any privacy right (see Section 10).

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure on-device token storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App.
